9 What then? Are we [Paul speaking as a Jew to the Jew] better than them [Gentiles]. In no wise: For we have proved that both Jew and Gentile are all under the condemnation of sin:

It is impossible for Sin and death to come into the Living Presence of Holy Lord God Almighty: For as darkness vanishes in light so then that which is sin is consumed in the Presence of Holiness. Now I say this, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. ^{(1 Corinthians 15 verse 50.)} Therefore, the impossible is established: For Sin has its own judgment and sin's judgment of man is the utter darkness of Death.

¹⁰ As it is Written: There is none righteous, no not even one. 

¹¹ There is none that understands: There is no one that seeks after Yahweh God. There is no one that understands. There is no one that seeks after Almighty God. ^{(Romans 3 verse 9 thru 11.)}

For My people are foolish, they have not known Me: They are foolish children, and they have no understanding, for they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no concept^{. (Jeremiah 4 verse 22.)}

The indictment of Holy, Holy, Holy God is irrefutable, and no one can be justified by their own endeavors to rectify their own death sentence that man has falsely attributed to their understanding of the Holiness of Almighty God.  Yahweh God is the God of the living, and the violence of death is caused by sin, for sin is a Law unto itself imbedded in our flesh. The good, holy and just Ten Commandments are warning signs that reveals sin to be death, for it is sin's own independent law of the flesh that condemns mankind to death.  Elohim told Adam not to eat from the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil, for in the day that you eat of it you will, without doubt, die.  The independent violence of sin and death cannot exist in the Presence of the LIFE of Holy Lord God Almighty, Who is LIFE Himself.

¹² They are all gone out of the Way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that does good, no, not one.

¹³ Their throat is an open sepulcher; with their tongues they have used deceit: The poison of asps is under their lips:

¹⁴ whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness

¹⁵ Their feet are swift to shed blood:

¹⁶ Destruction and misery are in their ways:

¹⁷ For the WAY of Peace they have not known:

¹⁸ Because there is no fear of God before their eyes.

¹⁹ Now we know that what things the Law [in the warning 10 Commandments] says, it says to all, for all of humanity are condemned by the Law [in the Decalogue, for all have sinned] that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world becomes guilty before God. ^{(Romans 3 verse 12 thru 19.)}

The whole world is condemned to death by mankind's own rebellious sins and all of mankind are wallowing in the muck of their sin's choices of death. Man kind's rebellion of sin is entrenched in their own self idolatry, and all that accompanies the illicit workings of the flesh has found them out to be dead in their self idolatry.  For the TRUTH of Almighty God unequivocally declares that all of mankind are guilty of sins, for all have sinned, with or without the condemning Law in the 10 Commandments.  We will discover with Paul's teaching illustration in chapter 7 that there is a catastrophic problem with sin, for sin is a Law unto itself that bread death, and all sin is innate to the flesh of all of humanity.  Sin has already killed all of us and we are just waiting for our return to dust.

But how magnificent is the Grace of God so that dead sinners like me and you, are are made alive, because of our ongoing belief in the Righteous LIFE giving Blood that the innocent Jesus Christ shed on His cross for our sin.

²⁰ Therefore by the deeds of the flesh, [to offset the condemnation of the law], there shall no flesh be justified in the Almighty God's Sight: For by the warning Law of the 10 Commandments is the knowledge of sin. ^{(Romans 3 verse 20.)}

Is the Almighty, the God of the Jews only, or is the Almighty also the God of the Gentiles. Yes, of the Gentiles also! 

²¹ But now the Righteousness of God without the Decalogue is manifested, for the Righteousness of God is witnessed by the Torah, and the Prophets. 

²² Even the Righteousness of God is manifested by the Faith IN Yahweh God that is found of the sinless Man Jesus Christ alone, and is available for all, Jew and Gentile together.  For with God  there is no difference to those that believe in Christ Jesus

Isaiah speaking for the Lord, in chapter 1 admonishes the listener:

¹⁶ Wash you, make you clean and put away the evil of your doings from before My Eyes: Cease to do evil.

¹⁷ Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.

¹⁸ Come now, and let us reason together, says the Lord; though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow: Though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

¹⁹ If you be willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land:

²⁰ But if you refuse and rebel, you shall be destroyed with the Sword: For the Mouth of the Lord has Spoken it. ^{(Isaiah 1 verse 16 thru 20.)}

The Righteousness of God is expressed through a person's unseen Faith IN Yeshua and the Faith of IN God's Salvation, is freely available to both the Gentile and the Jew, and to all persons who believe IN the Christ of God. For the Almighty God, is not a respecter of the Jew or the Gentile. For all of mankind, Jew and Gentile alike, have all sinned, and have all fallen short of the Glory of God. Therefore, it is impossible for sinful man to justify themselves by any works performed by the flesh of man.  There is no boasting of ones attributes that are lacking, for all of mankind, except for the Man Jesus Christ are guilty of sin before the Almighty Yahweh God.

Paul had set forth God's Righteousness in His Grace that He freely provides to those who have faith in His Word of Salvation (Yeshua).

For Yahweh God has set Jesus Christ to be a propitiation through faith in His Life giving Blood, declaring His Righteousness for the remission of sins that were committed in the past, because of God's Mercy: To declare at this time Yahweh God's Righteousness, so that He may be Just and the Justifier of all that believe IN Jesus. ^{(See Romans 3 verse 21 thru 26.)}

²³ For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God.

In the Sight of Holy, Lord God Almighty, all of mankind, whether they are Jew or Gentile, are found guilty of their rebellious self idolatry.

In God's mercy, the initial sins we committed in the past have all been done away with through the Sacrificial LIFE of the One Righteous Man Jesus Christ, Who freely shed His Blood for the Life of all of mankind.

²⁴ We are justified freely by His Grace through the redemption that is IN Christ Jesus:

²⁵ Whom God has set forth to be a Propitiation through Faith IN His LIFE Blood, to declare His Righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God. ^{(See all of Romans 3 verse 23 thru 31.)}

When you read the above passages in verse 24 and 25, and have visited the word past, then you will see correctly that the Justice and Righteousness of God In His Offering of His Perfect Lamb and Son, for mankind's sin, completely exonerates a person's former sin's that were committed in THE PAST. The apostle Peter concurs in his warning when he writes to forgetful believers; and has forgotten that he was purged from his old sins! ^{(See 2nd Peter 1 verse 4 thru 10.)}  As far as East is from the West, for in referencing distance, it could have been from North to South, of the distance that the Almighty God has cast way from Him, of our old former sins, to never be reviewed as accusation against us by Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty. ^{(See Psalm 103 verse 11 thru 13.)} Verse As far as Yahweh God is concerned, we believers have a brand new beginning. The first Man Adam sinned and brought death to all of humanity, but now because of the Righteousness of Christ's LIFE, Jesus Christ, Yahweh God provides a new Life to all that believe in the Power of Christ's resurrection IN the set apart LIFE of His Holy Father Almighty God.  To the Eternal God, the old carnal man of sin is already condemned to death because their sin is death: But now because of a person's Faith IN the Resurrected LIFE of Christ Jesus then that person that is dead because of past sins, but can now Live IN that New LIFE of Christ and blossom into a son of the Eternal God.  God is not a respecter of persons, so it makes no difference whether the past sins are of the Jew or of the Gentile alike, for Yahweh God God has extended His Grace IN Christ Jesus to whomsoever believes IN the TRUTH.

²⁶ To declare, I say at this time His Righteousness, that He might be just, and the justifier of him, which believes in Jesus.

27 Where then is boasting? Boasting is excluded. By what law? Of works? No: But by the Law of Faith without the deeds of the law.

²⁸ Therefore, we conclude that man is justified by faith, without the deeds of the Law [Torah].

There are no deeds or works that are commanded in the 10 Commandments, but only dire consequences to disobediences. In the instructions within the Torah are the deeds or works are made manifest. Yahweh God's Covenant was originally secured in the animal blood sacrifices performed by the Levetical priesthood. But Jeremiah declares though the Word of the Lord: Behold, the days come that I will make a New Covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah. The Lord says that the New Covenant would not be like the Covenant that He made with the fathers when He took them out of the land of Egypt, My Covenant which they broke.  However the New Covenant would come after those days are fulfilled.  I will make an Everlasting Covenant with them, and will not turn away from them to do good. And the Divine Word of Holy, Holy, Holy Father Yahweh God Said: Take and Drink all of you: For This IS MY BLOOD of the NEW COVENANT shed for many for the remission of sin.

When you read the 24th passage of the 3rd chapter of Romans properly, then you will see that the Righteousness of God, remitted the sin's FROM THE PAST of the believing Jew and Gentile alike.  Faith has begun, but now what do we do with the rest of our existence in this body of sin and death?

Paul, as a new born soul, will, through his self illustration, demonstrate His right understanding that the flesh of man will sin again, in spite of ones initial Salvation in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Unless the heart is hardened in gross deception, then in the new born, the commission of sin always brings shame to our conscience and brings the weight of its burden upon the sinner.

I was alive once without the Law in Commandments, but when the Commandments came to my mind, my sin was revealed, and I found myself dead to God.

O wretched man that I am, who will save me from this body of death.  I Thank Yahweh God through Jesus Christ our Lord of Salvation.

It is through the Righteous LIFE of the Last Son of Adam, God's Lamb that was sacrificed to the Holiness of Yahweh God and paved the WAY to absolve the unrighteousness of the first Man Adam and his offspring.

Come unto Me all of you that labor (in sin) and are heavy burden and I will give rest unto your soul. Take MY Yoke upon you, and learn of Me, for I AM meek and lowly of heart, then you will find rest unto your soul: For My Yoke is easy (to bear) for My Burden is Light.

For the fruit of My Spirit and that of the Father's, are Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness, Temperance, where in being committed to these there is no condemnation of sin that brings the heavy weight of guilt. 

The dead in sin, when they call out to the Chief Physician, the Lord Jesus Christ the Giver of LIFE, then they who are in agreement with God's New Covenant IN Christ's Blood, will  submit themselves to the unlimited Power IN the LIFE giving Communion Blood of Christ, that removes sin and relieves the guilt and shame of sin from their conscience.  For God IN His Covenant Love for us, has provided for the believer, the LIFE cleansing Blood of Christ Jesus, that blankets the shame of our fleshly sins through Christ's LIFE of Righteousness.

Paul, in his learning process, speaks from his experience in the past. In his new birth into Life, Paul found himself to be completely free from the the guilt of sin, but then the pride of his unredeemed flesh deceived him and he once again found himself in the clutches of death.  

For I was alive once without the Law, but when Commandment came, sin was revealed and sin killed me.
And the Commandment, which I thought was given for life, I found it to be of death.
For sin, [revealed by the commandment], had deceived me, and sin slew me.

Therefore the Law [Decalogue] is Holy, and the Commandments are Holy, and Good, and Just. ^{(Romans 7 verse 9 thru 12.)}

Is not our consciences' set on fire by our own sin?  And how do we put the fire out within our conscience? The TRUTH can only declare the TRUTH: "This is My Blood of the New Covenant that IS shed for many for the remission of sin." ^{(Matthew 26 verse 26 thru 27.)}  

The following is only an illustration to bring clarity to our need for Holy Communion, and is not meant to be disparaging to those who are in abject physical poverty.  Now with an accumulation of dirt on your physical body, then it may be appraised that you need to take a bath to cleanse the body of its accumulated filth.  If you say you had a bath within the last month and do not need another bath, then in your deception you may have become accustomed to your own stench.  So it is with the deception of sin and its accumulation of its filth.  Bathing in water does not alleviate the filth of sin, but only Jesus Christ can wash away the accumulated filth of sin through faith IN His Communion Water and Blood that is freely given by Holy God's Spirit of GRACE and TRUTH.  Make no mistake: Sin's death is a stench in the Nostrils of Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty. But if we confess our sins, (in His Covenant) He is Faithful to remit our sins, and to cleanses us from all unrighteousness. ^{(See 1st John 1 verse 7 thru 9.)} God's Word is Eternal Power and will be exactly what the Lord Jesus Christ says His Father's Word of TRUTH declares that it to be.  For Jesus/Yeshua came and spoke unto them, (His disciples, along with the unbelieving) saying, All Power is given unto Me IN heaven and IN earth. ^{(Matthew 28 verse 18.)} The Word of the God of the Living is not symbolic as the foolish declare in the wisdom of their flesh, but The Word of God IN TRUTH is the Giver of LIFE, Whose Power is far and away beyond the knowledge of ignorant man.  The all Powerful Faith of the Eternal Lord Jesus Christ creates the substance of all things, seen and unseen in His universe.  Because something is unseen, it does not make the unseen symbolic.

²⁹ Is He the God of the Jews only?  Is not God,  also the God of the Gentiles?

³⁰ Seeing that it is One God, Who will justify [clear of guilt] the circumcision by Faith, and the un-circumcision [by or] through Faith, do we then make void the Law through Faith? 

³¹ God forbid: No we establish the Law [with its 10 warning Commandments.] ^{(See Romans 3 verse 23 thru 31.)}

²³ All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God.  Hebrews 4 verse 1 Therefore, let us fear, less, the promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
