1st Chapter of the One Continuous Letter to the Romans 1 I am Paul, called to be a bond servant of Jesus Christ and an apostle [messenger] that is separated to the TRUTH of the Gospel of God's [theos] Good News. The second numbered sentence is in parentheses and adds nothing of significance to the message of Paul, but appears to be an English insertion of puffed up knowledge. [2Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures.]
3 Concerning God's Son Jesus Christ our Lord, Who was made [was to come] [out] of the Seed of David, according to the flesh, as the Son of Man [Adam],
4 and declared to be the Son of God with Power, according to God's
Spirit of Holiness by the WAY of Jesus/Yeshua and His Resurrection from the dead. The Christ/Messiah of Yahweh God was not made from the dust the earth like Adam, but before the earth was even formed, He was to be the Innocent Lamb of God Who would be slain for the sin and death of mankind, and to establish Yahweh's Righteousness in the earth. The justice of Almighty God is served as reparation in the death of a righteous Man, for the death of unrighteous Man.
The Lamb of Yahweh God is the Eternal Word of Yahweh God, and in His creation of time, Yahweh's Word of LIFE would be conceived in the genetic flesh from the first Man Adam. Therefore, in the Garden of Eden, Elohim made Covenant with and through His Word, for Messiah would be conceived in the Seed of Ishshah/Woman, the wife of Adam, and would be incarnately born as the Son of Man. For the Word of God would be conceived in an ovum of the Hebrew virgin Mary and be born as the only Begotten Son of God. Embodied in the genetic flesh of the first Man Adam, the Son of Man, Jesus/Yeshua haMashiach, gave His LIFE in His crucifixion death to Yahweh God as Presentation Offering in payment for the sin of Man kind. His selfless Offering was accepted by Yahweh God Almighty. It so pleased Yahweh God that He raised Christ Jesus from the dead, with Yahweh's very Power of LIFE, and the LIFE of God flows in Jesus Christ. For unto the Son, Yahweh said: Your throne, O God, is forever and ever. A Scepter of Righteousness is the Scepter of Your Kingdom. You have loved Righteousness and hated iniquity: Therefore God, even Your God has anointed You with the oil of gladness above your fellows. (See Hebrews 1 verse 5 thru 12.) 5 For by Jesus Christ, we have received His Grace and apostleship, [to be] for [our] obedience to the Faith [IN Messiah Yeshua] to be displayed in all nations, for His Name [Salvation] sake. 6 Among whom are you also called by Jesus Christ. [Yeshua means Salvation in the Hebraic language, having His Name 3091 incorporated by lineage to that of His Father Yahweh God] 7 To all the beloved of [Yahweh] God that are in Rome, you are also called to be saints [persons separated unto God: In English - saints]. Be holy [separate from sin] for I AM Holy. Now to you [in Rome] Grace and Peace be from Yahweh God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. (See Romans 1 verse 7.) In the beginning of his letter to the Romans, Paul was reassuring the believers in Rome that their calling to Holy God is true, and that when they receive of the Grace of Holy Yahweh God and His Son Jesus Christ, then Grace will bring Peace to their souls. Jesus said: Peace I give to you, not as the world gives peace: For the Peace of Christ is the same Peace of His Holy Father Yahweh God. The Sacrifice of the Man Christ Jesus the Son of God obliterates Man's rebellion of sin and brings us to be at Peace with His Holy Father God, as the Son of Adam/Man. God's Peace, when we lean on Him, He sets us apart from the world's turmoil. 1st Corinthians confirms the Grace Peace of Yahweh God that He provides IN His Son Jesus Christ. 5 That in every thing you are enriched by Him [Yahweh], in all utterance, and in all knowledge; 6 Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7 So that you come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: 8 Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 [Yahweh] God is faithful, by Whom you were called unto the fellowship of His Son Jesus Christ our Lord. (1st Corinthians 1 verse 5 thru 9.) Romans Chapter : verse 8 First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your Faith is spoken of throughout the whole world. 9 For God is my witness, Whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of His Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; 10 Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you. 11 For I long to see you that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end you may be established; The English word "God" is transliterated from the Greek word "Theos", a nondescript generic word for god [in Hebrew elohim] that does not address specifically the Eternal 'Yahweh' God of creation. Perhaps the unknown name of god remains a part of the Greek culture where they had so many named gods, and to be politically correct they would make room for another god, just in case they forgot one? And what would we do with the unknown god of Mars Hill that was ambiguously known to the Athenians of Greece as an after thought? We still call Him god, a generic theos.
Acts 17: 23 For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, To the unknown god. Whom therefore you ignorantly worship Him that I [now] declare unto you. 24 God (Theos) that made the world and all things therein, (seeing that He) is [The Lord] God of heaven and earth, [Who] dwells not in temples made with hands; 25 Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though He needed any thing, seeing He gives to all life, and breath, and all things; 26 And has made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined the times before [hand were] appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; 27 That they should seek the The Lord, God , if haply [therefore, so then, wherefore] they might feel after Him, and find Him, though He be not far from every one of us: In all cases, the Greek word "theos" is used for a generic god, and although Paul makes an explanation of the unknown god, the Greek language never proclaims the Name of the One True God, Yahweh, the only God of Salvation. The Name of The Lord, God was first made known to Moses on Mount Sinai, when the The Lord God declared that I AM that I AM. The Hebrews would come to know His Name as Yahweh, and in absolute reverence wrote Yahweh's Name as The Lord, God, essentially meaning 'Yahweh is Elohim'. If you have clicked on The Lord, God then you will be able to see that the Name of the Almighty God of the universe, is Yahweh, where as Elohim, in Hebrew, has from the beginning meant god. 12 That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith, both of you and me. 13 Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles. 14 I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians: Both to the wise, and to the unwise. Paul is saying that He has learned much from all the people he has come in contact with and continues with: 15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also. In other writings, we have previously set before the disciples of Jesus Christ, the Koininia [Fellowship, Communion] that we are to have with Yahweh God through the Sacrificial LIFE of Christ, given in His Blood, and now for our consideration we need to deeply contemplate Paul's encouragement to his fellow yokefellows as seen in Philippians Chapter 4 verse 4 thru 7:

Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say
Rejoice. 5 Let your moderation
be known unto all men. It is IN Communion with the Lord our High Priest that we enter into His Holy Father's Presence so that by prayer and supplication with, with, with our Thanksgiving [we] let our request be known to God 7 and the Peace of [Yahweh] God, which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Jesus Christ. (Philippians 4 verse 4 thru 7.) The Lord is at hand to answer our prayers and supplication within our Thanksgiving for the Grace Yahweh God provides in the Communion Body and Blood of His Only Begotten Son Yeshua, the Salvation of Man. Twice, Paul calls for his fellow yokefellows to rejoice always in the Lord. The Rejoicing in our spirit is because of our Great Salvation IN Christ's LIFE Giving Blood that the Man Yeshua shed for a Peace Offering between mankind and His Holy Father, In Yahweh God's New Covenant, the Justice of Holy Yahweh God has been met in the Perfect LIFE of Jesus Christ that He shed in His Blood for the remission of our acknowledged sinfulness. The WORD of GOD is ever Living, and the ever Living Christ of God [Yahweh] has delivered us rebels from the shame of our sin, when in Faith we fully receive His Covenant Blood that He shed so that we might truly have LIFE. So then, we with Paul are to be yoked together in Christ our Lord and Savior, and in our troubles that reveals our weakness in sin, we can bring our prayers and supplications to Yahweh's Table of Grace with full expectation for our deliverance in the Strength of the Eternal Love of Christ Jesus. Again remember that in your rejoicing, 7the Peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds through [the LIFE giving Blood of] Christ Jesus. 1st Corinthians Chapter contains the following writings of Paul: 12 Wherefore let him that thinks he stands take heed lest he fall. 13 There has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: But [Yahweh] God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation also make the WAY [IN Christ] to escape, that you may be able to bear it. Make no further dreadful mistakes. There is not a way as in many ways to escape sin's clutches in death, but there is only 'the' one definitive WAY of escape from the trials and tribulations of this life, and that only WAY is through the sinless Jesus Christ, our Savior from sin and death. (See 1st Corinthians 10 verse 14 thru 17.) 14 Therefore, my dearly beloved, flee from [your] idolatry. For a certainty, God will not provide a person's idolatry to gratify sin's temptation. Our own idolatry is in our view of selves, and only sees us in our own perfection, and not as one that is abiding in the Perfect Righteousness of Jesus/Yeshua haMashiach, our Savior and Lord. 15 I speak as to wise men; judge you what I say. 16 The Cup of Blessing which we Bless, is it not the Communion of the [LIFE giving] Blood of Christ? The Bread which we break, is it not the Communion of the Body of Christ? The 1st letter to the Corinthians Confirms our Covenant Fellowship with Faithful Yahweh God.
The saving [sozo] Grace in the Living Blood of Christ IN Communion is the only WAY that we are able to withstand the pressure of sin's condemnation of death. Philippians 4 verse 13 thru 14. 13 For I can do all things through Jesus Christ, Who strengthens me. 14 Notwithstanding , you did well when you understood my affliction. And the Lord Jesus Christ in His High Priestly Position at the Right Hand of His Father, intercedes for believers with the same Grace as that of His Holy Father, Yahweh God: Sanctify [set apart] them through Your TRUTH, for Your Word is TRUTH. As You have sent Me [Jesus/Yeshua] into the world with your TRUTH, even so I have sent them into the world [with your TRUTH]. For their sakes I set Myself apart, [sanctify Myself] so that they also may be set apart through your TRUTH. Neither do I pray only for them, but also I pray for all those who shall believe on [IN] Me through their word [focused IN Your TRUTH.] (See John 17 verse 17 thru 23.) It is far beyond our human comprehension that Almighty God, even before He had created the world, He had set His Saving Grace on the Perfect LIFE of the One Man, the genetic Son of Adam. Yahweh God Loved His Word and beloved Son, and His Son says that His Father loved us even as He Loved His Son. (See John 17 verse 23.) The Lord Jesus Christ had fulfilled the purpose that His Holy Father had sent Him to do on the earth, and our Salvation IN Christ was Yahweh's purpose even before the foundation of the world. (See 1st Peter 1 verse 18 thru 20.) God's payment to redeem mankind from the curse of sin and death, because the Adam's treasonous sin, that brought death to all of mankind, required the death of a Man that would be like Adam, but only Perfect in all of His Humanity. The Messiah of God, could not be just any generic man, but had to be perfect in the fullness of details, even in His Genetics of the first Adam. (See Ishshah) The first Man, Adam was of the earth, but the second Man, Yeshua/Jesus is the genetic Son of Adam and the Lord from Eternity. 1st Corinthians 2 verse 5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the Power of Yahweh God. 6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are mature: And not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to naught: 7 But we speak the Wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden Wisdom, which God ordained before the [His creation of the] world unto our glory: 8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: For had they known it [the Wisdom of God], [then] they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory. The sin and death of the first Adam required the judgment of death. The requirement of death for all Adam's genetics children would be met in Jesus Christ, for He was the Perfect genetic Son of Adam without sin, and His innocent crucifixion death, was accepted by Yahweh God, and Yeshua haMashiach's Life paid for Man's sin and condemnation of death, and allowed Yahweh to release the Resurrected LIFE of Christ to all those who remain Faithful to the Word of God. Behold the depths of Love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: Therefore the world does not know us, because the world did not know Yahweh God. (1st John 3 verse 1.) When the Word of God, Jesus Christ walked the face of the earth, even those that were His own Jewish people, did not recognize Jesus/Yeshua to be the TRUTH and GRACE of His Father Yahweh God Almighty, for they were generally consumed upon themselves and ignorant of the Mercy that was One with the Eternal Holy God of the Living. But as many as received Him, to them He gave Power to become the sons of [Yahweh] God. For the Word of the Father was made the flesh of Adam, and we beheld Yeshua/Jesus, as the Glory of His Father Yahweh God, full of Grace and TRUTH. And of His fullness, we have all received, Grace for Grace: For God's Grace in the Law [within the Torah] of God was given to Moses, so that God's Word of Grace and TRUTH would come IN the fullness of the flesh of the Son of Man, Jesus/Yeshua the Messiah. (See John 1 verse 1 thru 18.) No one of sinful flesh has seen Holy Yahweh God at any time, for all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. But God's Word of TRUTH has seen the Holiness of His Father Almighty God, for Yeshua, the Word of God is One Spirit with His Holy Father God Almighty. IN His sinless death and resurrection, the incarnate Jesus/Yeshua, would reveal IN Him the fuller extent of the LOVE, TRUTH AND Gracious LIFE of His Holy Father Yahweh God Almighty. Behold what manner of Love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called the sons of God, therefore the world does not know us, because the world does not know God. Beloved of God, now we are the sons of God, and yet it does not appear what we shall be, but we know that when He [Christ] appears, we shall be IN the Likeness of Him, for we shall see Him just as He is. (1st John 3 verse 2.) If we are to be the true sons of God then in our repentance from sin, we are to be new born creatures following in the Likeness of God's Holy Spirit of LIFE IN Christ Jesus, As such, and refusing to be seduced by the deception of the evil one, then we are now also born in the Likeness of the Man Christ Jesus, and the Likeness of Christ is God's One Holy Spirit of TRUTH and the very Breath of Life. Adam was created in the image and bore the Likeness of God's Spirit in his soul. The all knowing Creator of the universe, in caring for His free thinking son, Adam, warned Adam not to eat of the poisonous fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, for in that one day of the Lord, the fruit from the tree would cause death to rise up within Adam and he would become his own god. But when Adam rebelled against Elohim, and ate of the fruit, then the Likeness, the Very Breath of Life of Holy Yahweh God departed from Adam, leaving Man without the sustaining LIFE of his Creator Yahweh God. As a created son of God, the Breath of LIFE was in the first Adam, and yet in Adam's traitorous rebellion against Holy Yahweh Lord God of the Living, the Holy God's Breath of LIFE departed from the soul of Man/Adam and left Adam to choose his own good and evil. The Tree of Knowledge, is of one root, and the root is one with man's choice of what is good or what is evil. In mankind's free choice, they call good, evil and make evil, good, for the one root of the one Tree of Knowledge only produces the darkness of death. If the dead of mankind are to live, then they must repent of their evil choice of sin and death, and seek the goodness of God and the rebirth of their souls in the Likeness of God's Holy Spirit of LIFE. Now, if we are IN the Resurrected Christ Jesus, then we are IN the Likeness of Christ's Spirit, for we are to be ONE Spirit of LIFE IN Christ Jesus. Holy Yahweh God, within His Own Eternal Council of Wisdom, that is encompassed within His Eternal Understanding of all things, would give His WORD of TRUTH and GRACE as a Loving Sacrifice to an unbelieving sinful world. If any of mankind would believe IN the resurrected TRUTH of Jesus Christ, then the Lord Yahweh God would impute righteousness to their soul, and the surety of hope that the Almighty would give to believers with the Gift of His Spirit of LIFE that is IN the Living Christ Jesus. Hope is fulfilled through righteous faith in the Almighty God's unseen Holy Spirit of LIFE, Who IN TRUTH is also called the Comforter! And when He is come, the Comforter will reprove [convict] the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment. (John 15 verse 3.) John the Baptist says to the scoffers: I indeed baptize you with water; but One mightier than I comes, the latchet of Whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: He shall baptize you with God's [Theos] Holy Spirit and with fire. Whose [God's Holy Spirit's] fan is in His Hand, and He will thoroughly purge His floor, and will gather the wheat into His garner, but [for]the chaff He will burn with fire unquenchable. (See Luke 3 verse 15 thru 17.) The writer to the Hebrews, perhaps Paul, uses his understanding of Proverbs to express encouragement to those who are undergoing a fiery correction of their flesh: My son despise not the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when you are rebuked by Him: For whom the Lord loves, He chastens and scourges every son whom He receives. If you endure chastening, then God deals with you as with sons: For what son is he whom the father does not chasten. But if you are without His chastisement whereof all [He calls] are partakers, then you are bastards, and not sons. (See Hebrews 12 verse 5 thru 8 and verse 29) For our God is a consuming fire. The just shall live by faith. Romans 1 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: For it is the Power of God unto Salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. The first time we might identify with the TRUTH of God in Scripture was in Habakkuk: "The just shall live by his faith", and the same TRUTH will continue in Romans, Galatians and Hebrews. Habakkuk 2: 2 And the Lord answered me, [Habakkuk] and said: Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that reads it. 3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: Though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. 4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: For the
just shall live by his faith. Isaiah 42: 21 The Lord is well pleased for His righteousness' sake; He will magnify the law [Torah], and make it honorable. 22 But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses: They are for a prey, and none delivers; they are for a spoil, and none says Restore. 23 Who among you will give ear to this? Who will hearken and hear for the time to come? 24 Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? Did not the Lord, He against Whom we have sinned? For they would not walk in His ways, neither were they obedient unto His law. Isaiah is calling the Jewish people to attention, for in their ignorance of the holiness of Yahweh God Almighty, they have continually run over the Word of God and have found themselves ensnared in holes of their own makings. The righteousness of Faith to Faith was always with God, however in man's vanity and ignorance, righteousness was first believed to be only with the Jew and his performance, but in God's creation of Man, the True Righteousness of Yahweh God was also to be inclusively imputed to all people of Faith IN His Christ, both Jew and Gentile alike. Galatians 3: 10 for as many as are of the works [service H5656] of the law [of animal sacrifices] are under the curse for it is written: Cursed is every one that continues not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. 11 For this reason no man is justified by the Law in the Site of Yahweh God, for it is evident. For the justified shall live by Faith in Yahweh God, for the [revealing] Law [in the Ten Commandments] is not of Justifying Faith. If persons of the Levitical priesthood were performing acts [works services] of animal sacrifice's for sin then it is evident that the people of Israel were all under the curse of sin, for all were sinners. This Scripture in Galatians 3 verse 10 is referencing Deuteronomy 27. 15 Cursed be the man that makes any graven or molten image, an abomination unto the Lord, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth it in a secret place. And all the people shall answer and say, Amen. 16 Cursed be he that settes light by his father or his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen. 17 Cursed be he that removes his neighbor's landmark. And all the people shall say, Amen. 18 Cursed be he that maketh the blind to wander out of the way. And all the people shall say, Amen. 19 Cursed be he that pervertes the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen. 20 Cursed be he that lieth with his father's wife; because he uncoveres his father's skirt. And all the people shall say, Amen. 21 Cursed be he that lies with any manner of beast. And all the people shall say, Amen. 22 Cursed be he that lies with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen. 23 Cursed be he that lies with his mother in law. And all the people shall say, Amen. 24 Cursed be he that smitets his neighbor secretly. And all the people shall say, Amen. 25 Cursed be he that takes reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen. It is exceedingly interesting that of the 12 curses written in the Book of the Law, that with the last curse written, the Hebrews essentially signed their own death sentence. For it reads in English: 26 Cursed be he that does not accept as true all the words of this law to do them. The Hebrews were already guilty of sin and under the curse of sin, which is death, and even though they had a Covenant with God in the sacrificial death of the sacrificial animals, the death of animals could never remove the death stain of sin upon the soul of man. Nevertheless God would see that with obedience to His Word then His Blessings would follow Deuteronomy 28 verse 1 thru 6. But it shall come to pass, if you will not hearken unto the Voice of the Lord your God to observe and to do all His Commands and His Statures, which I command you this day, then all these curses shall come upon you and overtake you. Deuteronomy 28 verse 16 thru 30 . The extensive listing of the calamities for Covenant disobedience will follow throughout the length of the remaining 48 chapters of Deuteronomy 28. Yahweh God gave the Law to the Hebrews to isolate sin from the race of Adam, and to bring forth His Promised Messiah through the Seed of Ishshah the wife of Adam. (See Genesis 3 verse 15.) With Adam's rebellion against Yahweh the God of the Living, then sin and death supplanted God's Spirit of LIFE in the soul of Man. Rebellious Man became subject to sin and death, and must be born again of Yahweh God's Spirit of LIFE. 11 But it is evident that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, for: The just shall live by faith. 12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that does [obeys] them [completely] shall live in them [an impossibility, yes?]. For the law did not come by faith, nor did faith come by the law; for it is evident that even a good man would be unable to live by keeping or obeying the tenets of the whole of the Law. The curse of Death is written in the Law, and death is inevitable to all of humanity: For since Adam all of humanity are born of earthly Flesh that corrupts into the dust of the earth. Adam, in the Garden, was given the warning by God to not eat of the fruit of death. What was Adam's mind set, and what did Adam do that infected all of humanity? But thanks be to Yahweh Lord God Almighty, for He has set His redemption before us to be received in Faith of what God has Promised IN His Lamb. 13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: For it is written: Cursed is every one that hangs on a tree: The Scriptures reveals that the curse of the law is death, and the person that hangs from the tree, is indeed cursed with death. But the true innocent genetic Son of Adam/Man arose from His crucifixion death of the cross, to bring His Salvation Presence into the dead souls of sin. 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ that we might receive the Promise of God's Spirit through Faith. Christ Jesus was made to be sin for us, that in His crucifixion death on the cross for all sin, He died in that He was hung from a tree, a curse for all of humanity. The writer of Hebrews, probably Paul, writes in Hebrews chapter 10 38 Now the just shall live by Faith: but if any man draw back, [from Faith in Christ and His Father] my soul shall have no pleasure in him. If one draws back from the Grace of God IN Christ Jesus, then they have selected for themselves the darkness of eternal death. Paul continues to speak of the qualities of Faith, and then establishes the Power of Faith as witnessed in all of the early church elders. Romans 1: 18 For
the wrath of God is
revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men,
who hold the TRUTH in unrighteousness;
Hebrews 10 verse 26: Paul, the writer of Hebrews, has been addressing the Jews about the animal sacrifices; and now that they have the knowledge of the TRUTH of the Blood Sacrifice of Jesus Christ, then there are no more blood sacrifice that can remove sin's sting of death. Any return to the old covenant sacrifices of animal put the believing Jew in tremendous jeopardy. The blood of animals can never take away sin's death: However, Yahweh God has provided His New Covenant IN the LIFE giving Blood of His Salvation Word, Jesus Christ, that whosoever in Faith Drinks of the LIFE of Christ Jesus, should not perish in death. 20 For the invisible things of the Eternal God from His creation of the world, are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His Eternal Power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew of God, they glorified Him not as God, neither were they thankful, but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Paul would have understood the fullness of Habakkuk's Visionary Word from God. All of mankind are sinners, for the 10 Commandments of the Law reveal sin and death, but do not promote sin. The 10 Holy, Just and Good Commandments of Yahweh God Almighty, gives warnings of what mankind should avoid doing because it is corrupting sin that brings death to all of mankind. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the Glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four footed beasts, and creeping things.
When Cain had killed Abel, then Adam again knew his Wife Eve, and she bore a son unto Adam and Adam would call his son Seth. When Adam had rebelled against his Creator Elohim, then the Likeness of Adam, which was God's Holy Spirit of LIFE, departed from Adam. The God of the Living, Himself is not a part of the death of Man. Let us understand clearly two factors. First: After Adam's rebellion, his wife Eve named Adam's son Seth, and Seth was born in Adam's own likeness after his image, and not in the Likeness of Elohim. There is a vast difference between the image that Elohim created Adam to be, and the Likeness of the Spirit of Elohim that Elohim blew into the nostrils of Adam. Secondly: With out Holy God's Spirit of LIFE then man is dead. born into corruption. (See Genesis 5 verse 3.) And so followed Adam's offspring, for they are all born in the likeness of the carnal man, without the Holy Spirit of Yahweh God.
24 Wherefore God [Almighty] also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves. 25 They changed the TRUTH of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creatures of creation rather than the Creator, Who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use of their bodies into that which is against nature. 27 And likewise the men, leaving the natural use of the body of the woman, they burned in their lust for pleasure, and physically involved themselves with one man with another man; men with men working that which is unnatural, and receiving in themselves that recompense for their unrighteousness which was right.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God [theos] in their knowledge, God [theos] gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not right; 29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God [theos], despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 And they knowing the Judgment of God [theos] that those who do wickedness are worthy of death: For they that do the wickedness, also have pleasure in the knowledge of them that do wickedness.
